By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

Almost April LLC uses a variety of different carriers to ship products. All products are shipped via 3rd party affiliates from one of our manufacturing plants or warehouses (see fulfillment, production, warehouses for additional details). As a result, the lead time for arrival varies. These carriers include:
Ikon will refund the customer due to shipping related problems only if the shipping time has exceeded 90 business days during the shipping process. Shipping time frames on the site are estimations given to us by the carriers, not guaranteed time of arrival for the order. These carriers are not affiliated with Ikon Tees in any capacity. It is important to note that because the shipping aspect of the business is handled by 3rd party affiliates, Ikon Tees LLC has no control of when products will arrive. Ikon does not have guaranteed shipping time.
By purchasing any product off of shopikontees.com you are complying to our shipping protocol. Therefore, Ikon Tees does not refund orders simply because it takes longer than expected or goes over the estimation provided (unless order takes longer than 90 business days). Thank you for your understanding.
We do not accept cancellations after orders have been shipped
All sales are final and we do not accept cancellations. Our company prides it’s self in fast fulfillment. Therefore once we get an order it is instantly filled by our sales team, and shipped from one of our various fulfillment centers.
We accept returns up to 20 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive the product at our headquarters (195 14th st) we can then complete the refund request. IF the item is used and/or not in the original packaging we can not accept the request. If the item is not accepted, we will send you the item as ordered.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 195 14th st, Atlanta GA 30309, United States.
If the item never was properly delivered, we will aid the customer in finding the order, however Ikon tees is not liable for any lost orders. This falls on the shipping carrier. We will do everything in our power to reach out to that carrier and get the order safely to the customer.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
